4. Do not disturb the order within the unit. Maintain behavior that does not bother users or distract the operator.

5. Do not carry objects and/or items that put the unit and the integrity of people at risk.(Types of weapons).

6. Respect the established schedules of the route. Be punctual when boarding the unit

and arrive 10 minutes before your stop.

7. Always check your belongings before descending from the service unit to avoid inconvenience.

and non-transferable; the user who is caught misusing their credential will be reported to Student Conduct of Leadership and Student Formation or Talent.

Official stops

1. The user must arrive in advance to wait for the unit at the stop that corresponds to them and take as a reference 10 minutes before the stipulated time in the travel time to avoid any contingency and show the credential with the service ID identifier, the electronic ticket (application) or the printed ticket to the operator.

2. If the user is inside their private vehicle, they must get off in time for the operator to recognize them and provide the service; otherwise, the operator will continue his/her route and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or delay caused.

3. During the transfer to the stop, for safety, the user is advised not to stop or try to overtake the service unit with their private vehicle, as this can cause an accident.

4. The service unit will not pick up students, professors, or employees who wait on the official route maps in unauthorized places.

5. For the outbound journey, the user may request that the unit drop them off at points that do not coincide with the official stops, in safe places that do not represent traffic difficulties within the area covered by the route (between the first and last stop in the opposite direction). The final decision will be at the operator's discretion.

6. Users who use a different route than the one they contracted must adjust to the route, schedules, and stops of this one to keep the times and routes of the users of that route the same.

7. Once the unit is in motion, operators cannot pick up users, and asking them to open the unit's doors is forbidden. Safeguarding integrity also corresponds to the student, professor, and employee.

5. In case a personal or valuable item forgotten inside the service unit is located and presented, the operator will report it at a ProTect Security booth to be sent to LOCATEC, which will be the only place where the student, professor, or employee will have to go to recover the item.
